Kretikos, which means “originating in Crete,” the southernmost and biggest island of Greece, is crafted from carefully selected indigenous Kotsifali (Ko-tsee-fali) and Mandilaria (Man-dee-la-ria) grapes. The balanced wine features a brilliant ruby color, pleasant aromas of red fruits, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Enjoy at 57-61◦F with sharp cheeses, pasta or roasts.
